WATCH OUT FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I brought my brand new vehicle in 3 times for the same issue covered under warranty. Last time I was told that parts were ordered and once they arrived would installed.
I got a voicemail at the end of March and again in April that the parts had arrived and it was time to make the appointment to get them replaced. Due to COVID it was difficult to loose my vehicle for the day and not do my job. When I was able to make it in to drop off my vehicle, 2 staff members confirmed the work was going to be done when I specifically asked to double check. When I was called to say the vehicle was ready for pick up and I asked again had the repair been done, I was told yes it had. I arrive to pick up my vehicle I find out the invoice states the same as before, the tech claims he couldn't replicate the issue and no repair was to be done due to a Chyrsler service note. I WAS LIED TO!!!!!
I called Scott the Service Manager first thing the next morning and was told "Due to Chrysler making a service note as of now, we are not going to replace it." When asked why I was not told before, during or after my repair was scheduled of this new change, I received no actual answer.
Then I am supposed to believe him when he states "I have made a note in your file and if it happens again after your warranty expires we will repair it." Am I supposed to believe this after a run around and a promise it was being fixed when I brought it in!!!! It has been noted 3 times already. Convenient response considering my bumper to bumper is about to expire in 6 months.
Worst part is I stuck up for this service location when others told me they are scammers and will do anything to save a buck.
