Normally they are very professional and courteous. But on the last service visit my car came out with some scratches. Service advisor Darrel attitude was professional and apologetic, they tried to buff the area but the scratches were still there. Since is practically a new car (1 year ) looking at the spot bothered me and had the car partially buffed at a body shop on the same day . I only hope this will not happen again should I decide to bring my car again for service
