This rating is solely for Jenna. I have been there a few times with the last couple of times resulting in leaving without getting service due to rude customer service. I returned this time because it was urgent and right down the street. I was seen by Jenna. She is the nicest sweet service rep . She determined the problem got it fixed and sent me on my way with a fresh car wash. She is the best part of that place!!!
