I ve owned in City Heights for over 10 years and things are finally looking up thanks to our new Property Manager, Ashanti Shine. Ashanti came in, hitting the ground running, and had a huge mess to clean up following our transition from CMA (we stopped them in July 2018). She s great to work with, but needs to be in the office more than 3 days a week. There is so much to do. She s definitely had a positive influence on CH since she s been here.
