In times when getting a repair/service professional to call back in 24 hours, it's nearly unheard of to have all the repair issues identified and work starting in less than 24 hours! The Lighthouse Solar service team was responsive, professional, courteous and fairly priced for the work completed at our house in April.

Lighthouse Solar installed our solar panels about four years go. When we had an issue (turned out to be critters chewing on wires) I placed a call in the morning and left my name and address, since I guessed they might have that on file. Got a return call from a service manager in a few hours and he had already pulled up our file and was familiar with our system. He arranged for a technician to stop by the same day to analyze the situation. Once the issues were determined, I had a cost estimate that same day. Most importantly, we had a three person crew out the very next day to do the agreed upon work. Nice and professional workers. Crew chief communicated effectively with us (the client) and his home office to make sure they had everything needed to complete the job that day. Work was well done and we had our solar panels back up and working in less than 48 hours from that first call.
