As a long term client of eCollect, i have nothing but high praise for their no nonsense approach to recovering money. Too often, people who have owed our business money have treated us with total disrespect in our efforts to recover what is ours. We tried two other collection agencies, one being Prushka and the other being Marshall Freeman and neither of them displayed what we would expect from a debt recovery business. eCollect have been "to the point" and highly efficient in their recovery work. They don't muck around and that's whats we wanted in order to get the job done. We will continue to use eCollect and we don't mind having robust conversations with any of our clients who choose not to pay us.
