Salespersons are waiting outside as you park. Customer service is very friendly (depending on which sales you get). Like any dealership, everything from insurance to finance and registration is done here, but be prepare to spend at least 2 hours even after you have decided to buy or lease. And don't be afraid to tell them that you are in a hurry because they will try their best to sell you as much services as possible.
