Took my Dodge Ram in for recall work, and to fix my horn because it had stopped working. First, after verifying my appointment with them twice, I got there and they had no clue about "why" I was there. I had purchased the "everything, bumper to bumper" vehicle warranty during purchase of my truck. I was told it would cover everything! Well, I was told that they thought mice may have played a roll in my horn not working! My truck stays in an enclosed air conditioned, sealed garage. I do have trips I make to my ranch property. At any rate, they couldn't show me physical proof, because they said they had brushed it out! They told me because they thought mice had been in the engine compartment, that I would have to pay the 700$ horn component myself! My warranty was invalid! I NEVER saw proof of mice, and I find that extremely hard to believe because I take care of my vehicles inside and out. On top of that, I had been told they would pay for me to have a rental car from Enterprise, because it would be a week of repairs. Well, a month after I turned in the rental car,and paid my extra(because I wanted more than a base rental), I received a call from Enterprise saying Covert had refused to pay the remainder of the base rental fee! Since they turned down my high cost warranty repair, they weren't going to pay for the rental car either. No one here knew what anyone else was doing. They were rude, and I feel they took advantage of me because I was a female. I had to just take "their" word! What a horrible way to conduct business! I would never suggest this dealership for any kind of warranty work,or all too often, "recall" work! Never again, and that very expensive extended warranty I purchased has been worthless. If they decide they won't accept it ,you'll be stuck with huge out of pocket bills. Terrible service practices and rude employees.
