I visited the hospital for the first time today for a regular check-up. Due to confusion with another dentist appointment, I had missed my check-up by a few hours. The assistent I spoke with was very understanding and managed to fit my short appointment in a half hour later, and the doctor was also very flexible, kind, and professional. This saved me having to take another day off work and was infinitely better treatment than what I recieved from the dentist's office (who had incorrectly noted my appointment time and caused the confusion in the first place).
