You will always have issues when it comes to an IT company managing your systems because it's technology and you have end users that will complain whether it's a company or internal staff doing the work. What you need to look for in a company are the ones that will listen to you and work with you on providing a solution. I feel that DynaSis has kept in touch with how things are going and they stay on top of the latest trends out there. They provide quarterly assessment meetings to go over issues or things that I need to be made aware of. They have been easy to work with and make the necessary adjustments to my infrastructure and the supporting of my assets. I have had the pleasure of interacting with the President down to the tech support and they all seem very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.
