I would like to thank Benjamin Gulder, Senior Loan Officer with Prospect financial for his Outstanding customer service. Benjamin was there to guide me step by step with my refi. Benjamin kept me informed on a regular basis as to what was happening with my loan which put me at ease. Talking to Benjamin was like talking to a best friend. This transaction was so smooth and completed on time. Benjamin went so far as to check his email that I sent to him on his day off. I was in customer service for most of my life and Benjamin is truly the example that all customer service providers should strive to be like. Prospect is lucky that they have a person of this quality working for them. I will definitely pass on Prospects info to anyone asking for the services that they have to offer.
