I expected amazing and I got it! Pictures just don't do it justice at all. The size and scope of the statue is almost unbelievable.

The ferry ride from Jersey City offered excellent photo ops with Lady Liberty in the background. The landing itself on the New Jersey side has a refurbished version of the original train station and a wealth of displays about the history of the area and station itself. Very cool.

As a tick off my bucket list the Statue did not disappoint. It is a sight to behold and a MUST visit for anyone traveling to/through NYC.
