These people are absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with,...

These people are absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with, they think EVERYONE in the general public are stupid. I called them about a minivan I saw that they had online, I called about it and made them an offer, they told me to come up and there and they would work something out with me on it. I am disabled and I told them this - getting out isn't easy for me, I go up there and they had me waiting for almost an hour for the manager that they told me to ask for, meanwhile 3 salesmen/women came over and they started tryin their sales tactics on me, they even asked if I wanted to trade in my old van which was worth nothing and I told them that but they said let our trade in guy look at it anyways to see if we can give you something for - boy was that ever a mistake! they got ahold of my keys and "lost" them for nearly 2 hours, meanwhile they continued their ridiculous sales tactics on me - of course I stoned walled them flat, I was there for what I was there for and that was it, one of their salesmen was even so rude that he cursed at me and tried to say that I had said something vulgar to him which was in noway true at all there were even other customers that witnessed this!!!! So after nearly 3 hours of wasting mine and my 67 year old also disabled mothers time, they bring up this van that was rusted on 4 corners, had more miles on it than what the ad said, and had bad valve seals in the engine (letting oil past the valves and burning it causing smoke on start up and after left sitting at idle for a few minutes), so after all of this I was just dumbfounded at how terrible they treat people, lie to them, and try to do anything to push off a $400 a month payment onto people for a car that isn't worth $100 a month.... Beware folks, I'm tellin ya, they are good at what they do - they will sell you a car no matter what but at the cost of YOUR credit or you will be stuck paying thousands more for a car that isn't worth half of the price you paid a year down the road. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE business......please stay away for your own good! OH and surprise! they still have the minivan and are still tryin to screw someone over on it now as I am typing this, it is a silver 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, they have it advertised on facebook right now.... if you doubt anything I say then go look at it for yourself, but be advised - don't let them have your keys....
