I've been in 3rd world youth hostels that were better run than this place. My husband was transferred from our small hospital to CRMC with tachycardia and sky-high blood pressure, they left him on the gurney in the hall without food (his last meal was at 12:00 noon on Friday as of 8:00 AM on Sat. he still hadn't been offer anything to eat) for over 9 hours, he didn't get water or hydration for the first 4 hours and he had to ask for that. The hospital response to negative reviews seems to be "we understand how frustrating long wait times can be." But leaving a heart patient without hydration or rest for hours isn't frustrating, it's dangerous.

My husband is home now, CRMC put in a pacemaker that he didn't need and didn't work on his tachycardia, they kept him in the hospital for a week longer than was necessary before they could figure out the procedure that would help him. When the hospital responded to this review I called them, got a message machine and they have not returned my call, apparently customer service for this hospital wants credit for reaching out on Google but they don't actually want to resolve any issues.
