Poor Service.

Poor Service.
We went in for an airbag recall. After the service with Karen Radley Acura, we started to hear squeaking sound from the area where the work has been performed. We went back twice but never received any proper solution. We are very disappointed with the service department.

Service: Passenger side airbag replacement
Problem after the Service:
(1) Squeaking noise behind the glove box
(2) Broken divider/panel within the glove box making rattling sound

First Attempt to Solve the Issue:
We left a voice mail to service manager and never heard back

Second Attempt:
We went back to report the broken glove box divider and was told by both the manager and technician that the technician took the whole glove box out and did not necessarily need to move the divider. The service manager suggested the issue might caused by other recent service visit.

Third Attempt:
We came back to report both the divider and noise behind the glove box. The service adviser gave us an unrelated estimation without taking the whole glove box off and checking. He pushed the broken divider back and suggested us to continue using it since he thought it was stable.

Our Concern:
(1) The most recent service that other than this one with Karen Radley Acura was performed two months ago. The noise and the broken divider falling off happened right after this service provided by Karen Radley Acura. We still believe the issue is related to Karen Radley Acura.

(2) If the service adviser thought the broken divider could be stably installed, and if it was broken before while the Karen Radley Acura technician did not touch it, why would it fell off right after this service?
