very poor, we were guests in the hotel for 5 night...

very poor, we were guests in the hotel for 5 nights over new year. we had come from scotland for new years eve, the weather was terrible so we decided not to stay in times square amd return to the hotel. they would not allow us to have a drink in any bar apart from our room! they would not accommodate us. very disappointing.
