I felt dismissed when I called to enquire where photos were when photos got separated from the rest of the class photos delivered to the school. The company person answering my call blamed the school. The school claimed all payments/orders were picked up once. Long story short - all parties are blameless, of course, and we have no photos for Christmas. I hope the photos are better than the customer service.
