I am thoroughly disgusted with this place. First, they lied to me about the price saying that if I took my dog in every eight weeks I would get a discount. I never got a discount. Second, I have an AKC registered Sheltie, and he was supposed to just get a bath, trim, and feet scissored with a nail trim. Nails never get done because they say he is difficult, he has never been difficult. His feet are never scissored, and this past time they sheered his beautiful tail and pants which are a classic trait for shelties. I am beyond devastated over my poor dog s coat, fearing it may never grow back right. Even worse, I got charged full price even though they did not trim his nails, and at this point, a refund will not bring his long hair back. This place is a disgrace, the people are rude, and seem very unprofessional. Please beware!!
