My fiance and I ended up at Windy City Diamonds for my engagement ring because it's where my parents have gotten my mom's anniversary band and other jewelry. I'm so glad we ended up here! We had started looking at some of the chain stores at the mall to get an idea of what we wanted - but at Windy City Diamonds, I think we were able to customize a little more, for a better price, and Victor was not at all pushy like at some of the chains! He took the time to educate us about diamonds, let us look at them and explained what it was we were seeing and why it was important, and helped us to pick what was right for us. He was great with any follow-up necessary, and is just the nicest person! We just went back for our wedding bands and absolutely love the final products. Mine was able to be customized to go with my engagement ring - without me having to leave my ring with them for a few weeks, since they still had the drawings! Overall great experience
