Big 8 employees are always courteous and have taken it to learn their customers names. This is nice to have as some places you are just a number. they seem to care about you and your car. i feel welcome to call and ask questions anytime or they will try to work me in if possible to even look and set up an appointment with what they find. i am a loyal customer of over 25 years.
