This was my first experience buying a car and Chuck made it so easy! When I started thinking of going into dealerships all I could think of how intimidating and pressuring the sales man (or woman) were going to be- but Chuck was neither. He listened to my needs, was very patient AND friendly.

I will most definitely be going back!
