Not sure why, but this dealership is not able to adhere to simple appointments. I took my vehicle there on a Saturday a couple of months ago for an oil change, for which I had an appointment. One would think that when you have an appointment, for something as routine as an oil change, it would take no more than 30 minutes or so. It took over two hours to finish my service. I asked the attendant what the deal was and why it took so long. He said it was because it was a Saturday and they are swamped on Saturday's. He suggested that I make an appointment for like a Wednesday or Thursday and I should be in an out in less than 30 minutes. I responded that is fine, but when you have an appointment, you should honor that appointment time and finish the service in the time it should take. He said he understands my frustration and is sorry but if I really want to get in and out quickly I need to make my appointment mid-week.

So this time, yes I gave them a second chance, I made an appointment on a Wednesday at noon. Well when I got there, I asked about how long it would take and was told it would be 1.5 - 2.0 hours. I again asked what is the point of making an appointment for such an easy and quick service - to which he replied that he cannot do any better than that. Needless to say, I drove off and will be happy to have someone else service my vehicle.

This place is so poorly and haphazardly run - I will never be back. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.
