Supposedly for children, but children are basically harassed by staff at every step. Even things in the children rooms are off-limits or so over-regulated (climbing, bouncing, sliding) that they're not enjoyable. The children were so excited when they arrived then they were bored.

Also, zero disability access. An important lesson for Olympics planning: don't build something potentially amazing, then give people a terrible user experience.
