I've never really experienced anything like this. Since the end of April, I try to complete a car insurance and until now 24.July 2015, the alliance has still not been able to send me a contract or at least say no. Every time I asked, I was put off on a phone call the next day, and never once was I called.
For me, I have finally enough and would like to have nothing more to do with such customer service
