Horrible experience. They transferred my mother in law without notifying any family member aka her son (her next of kin). We mistakenly thought she was still at the hospital for 4 days where in fact she was at another facility that was not appropriate and took two weeks to get her out of that horrible situation. A simple phone call to family would have prevented all of this. Poor communication and would not send a family member back to this facility
