William James is a true gent. Thank you for bringing your old school class and style to the table. Bill was practical, didn't try to sell me a vehicle that I did not want, and listened to my needs. At the end of my experience product specialist Mike Quinones...I call him Generation Z explained the car features as if I was in 5th grade. No, this is a good thing because I am GEN-X and I need things explained to me like I am in 5th grade. I will be back probably in a year to get another vehicle and if mgmt is smart, they better keep my salesperson William James around. Thanks Toyota of Hackensack!
