Hello all who maybe interested in renting from vista group realty . Just a week ago I noticed an add on Craigslist for a duplex, I contacted Bonnie Dominick who Is responsible for giving and receiving the information for the places. I initially emailed her with interest and she replied with an application. I completed the application and sent her the application fee including a copy of my ID that wasn t requested . She then informed me she would get back to me by the end of the day , that never happened. So I call her back the next morning she then said she wasn t able to get anything done because she needed my social and date of birth. After I had given her the information she then said again she would get back to me some time that day. Well that day went by, I didn t hear anything so I called her the day after that and she stated it s not looking so good, looks like I had and unpaid cable bill might of not paid off a utility bill and owed and apartment complex . I informed her that anywhere that I ve lived I always got a deposit back and the smud bill is paid off and I m uninformed about the cable bill . Then she rushes me off the phone stating again she would call be back. After not hearing from her that day I sent her a txt requesting a copy of her response that denies me since that is the normal thing to do when someone pays 35.00 for a application fee and I deosnt hear anything at all for days . From experience I ve gotten calls back the same day approving me at three places I lived . I practically thought this company was a scam at this point. The the unthinkable happens and she contacted me-back yesterday with a text that read Hi mikayla I have been super swamped this week but I ll get back to you at the end of the day . I woke up this morning positive that no matter how desperate I am for a place I would never want to rent from a realty group with incompetent people like her self that don t fulfill their obligations. My journey will continue and I am thankful for the experience. But no thanks for your services going forward
