I took my daughter to 4 other locations for a consultation before deciding. This is a 2 year treatment and I wanted to make the best choice for my daughter not just the easiest and cheapest. The office is clean, the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Appointments always run on time and they have been flexible with my schedule which I am grateful for. The financial coordinator worked with me and my insurance to get the best financial plan to suit my needs. The assistants are very informative and make my daughter feel comfortable at every visit. And finally the main reason I chose Grayslake Orthodontics was because of Dr. Youel. He honestly gave the best consultation. He didn't just tell me but thoroughly explained everything to me and my daughter. He offered the treatment plan that I was hoping for specifically for my daughter and her needs. I'll also add that although I made made decision my daughter 100% agreed in choosing Grayslake Orthodontics.
