Over four months with an outside security lighting...

Over four months with an outside security lighting issue (Big time safety issue)

Sub standard lawn care, felt like I was walking through a jungle to get to my front door.

Over 3 months now with a toilet issue that will sometimes flush and at other times will not. After having to put plastic bags in the toilet to depose of my waste.

I withheld my rent for one month, told them way and have be paying $100.00 late fee every month. i am a retired Navy Chief with factory level Jet Engine repair knowledge and have told them this is a problem outside of the residence. When it rains heavy then the toilet issue comes back. Service you sump and have a skill Plummer to look at the issue.

Under staff for maintenance and problems continue to mount up. As a tenant I responsibility to pay rent, be kind to my neighbors and I expect in return the the Peak Living would respect me as a tenant and not take months to response to issue that need to be address.

Our new Assistant Community Manager Alicia Haynes (Jacksonville Fl) has done her best to support the Company and attempted to provide Support for the property, but it is clear she cannot cover for this gross negligence.

I will be filing this compliant at the City and State level.
