Good common facilities, but somewhat monastic rooms, sparse friendly treatment (the best of the hotel, its employees). Quality buffet, but very little variety. Ammenities of bathroom, non-existent, not a sad shower cap despite being in a room of superior category (The Level) It is not a five-star hotel. Four, and at the most.
