As per our conversation, My complaint wasn't because I had to "wait my turn in line" .. Further more I had purchased my parts from your parts department on Friday,Scheduled to be installed on Saturday.. However, that still wasn't my complaint. My complaint is the money I spend over all with Ford and the complete apathy I get.. Apon arrival, I get treated as if I was a bum from the street from your associate working at the body shop.. Only two employees treated me with respect (However, The damage had already been done with the apathy from the first associate. . After the service manager sent me across the street to change out the parts needed to replace my mirror, I had no problem waiting in line at parts counter. Then I was directed to set up another appointment with service .. ( was told they didn't have time for me this Saturday, again with a tone of apathy) .. So my complaint is valid.. Apathy and making a customer run from one side to another, doing the leg work that the company should be doing is what has me furious.. Why spend money on below par service.? No decent waiting area, No communication between employees on servicing the client and having the client run back and forth between Body Shop, Parts Department and service department. . All of this should be handle by the Ford Team.. NOT THE CUSTOMER !!!!!
