I love everything about living here at LaBorgata. The office staff and maintenance guys are awesome. My one complaint is about the pool.....I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Lately there have been bird droppings all over the chairs, the pool deck and in the pool itself. This is because the trees overhang the pool and also block the sun. I have had the birds "poop" on me while sitting in a chair. There are overhanging trees on both sides of the pool. Its a health issue as well as an visual problem. Since you asked........
