The HR department of SP and PT is a circus, nobody has any idea or where the air gives them, they are unprofessional and incompetent. They take life to respond to very simple things and in the end to pass the ball somewhere else. I think it is not difficult to hire competent people who know what they are doing, to reinvent this department.
