Avoid for the rest of 2018.
There is lot of construction going on, most of the common amenities are closed, the lobby is walled off with sheetrock.

The room was quite nice but the construction noise was loud, and the AC wasn't working during the day due to the construction. Even when it was working, it was hardly adequate to keep up with the 90F degree temperatures that Berlin was experiencing last week.

This was not even close to a 5 star experience.
