*This is an edited review. My first experience here was horible. I had a salesman that was from out of town he didn't listen to what we wanted just wanted to get us in a car. With in two weeks time I noticed my floor was always wet. And one of the tires was patched when it clearly needed to be replaced. But Tony from finances took care of me and made it right he had Will from parts and services fixed my car. Both employees are extremely nice and understanding. I've read some reviews and I think it's who you talk to there. I just got the wrong sales person my first time there.** I felt pressured into buying a car I don't feel good about the deal I made. I was told I wouldn't get a better deal with a Co Sighner that their credit wouldn't be taken into account. I wanted to have a chance to shop around more for cars and the only reason I stopped in was because my mom won that stupid flyer that I feel is a ploy to get people to come into the dealer ship.( She only won $5 to Walmart and the salesman kept dismissing it even after he made the sale.) They ran both our credit and once they knew my mom wouldn't qualify for anything they stopped talking to her and only talked to me. I wanted her input because she was putting up her car and is paying half the payments no matter if my name is the only one on the deal. We were buying a car together and they didn't want her opinion, but I needed it. I kept her in the deal but it pissed the both of us off that the sales man and the manager wouldn't listen to her input. I also wanted to talk to my dad and they seemed upset that I wanted another day to think it over. Buying a car is a big decision. I wasn't planning on getting a car till March and I was pressured into buying a car I'm not sure I love. After I pay off this car I will not be taking my business here again nor will I recommend the dealership to any of my friends. Too add on to this review the car smells of mildew and has mold in the truck which the sales man said was dirt. They cleaned it b4 I left but it is coming back so it obviously mold. I hate the car they sold me in and hope this doesn't become a burden. Salesman is from Dallas his name is Abraham. Manager Issac.
