A trip back in time to a place I skied many times as a youngster. It's the closest "real" ski resort to the Bay Area. With three main lifts, each serving a different range of abilities, Sugar Bowl has something for everyone. While I skied all three during my visit, I particularly enjoyed Mt. Lincoln. Several runs are quie enjoyable with constant terrain changes. From steep to to gentle, with small knolls, valleys, and ridges offering a challenge without wearing you out. I really enjoyed my day.
