I had water damage in the kitchen due to a leaky dishwasher. Decided to go ahead and take the opportunity to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms. Since Carolina Restoration was handling the insurance work, I hired them for the remodel. Daniel and his team did a fantastic job. They tore out the old, cracked tile in the kitchen, hall and bathrooms and installed vinyl plank. They put in new cabinets, an over-the-range microwave, a new bathtub upstairs, new vanities and mirrors in both bathrooms and hooked up my new dishwasher. They installed a beautiful granite countertop and gave all the rooms a fresh coat of paint. Everyone involved in the work went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I've had a lot of work done on my house over the past decade and it seems I always have to complain to get things done right. Not so with Carolina Restoration. They always asked if I was happy with the work, each step along the way. If I wanted something changed, they took care of it, no questions asked. It may seem like a small thing, but throughout the project, they always made sure I had a temporary sink and at least one working bathroom available. Overall, a great experience.
