Arrogant staff. I will never visit this place again.

I specifically visited South Park Charlotte, NC Apple Store on Sunday March 12, 2017 to obtain assistance unlocking my phone due to my Apple ID being disabled. ( I had previously spent over an hour with Apple "help desk" on the phone/internet without a resolution.) First Apple person that I encountered told me that I would have to speak to a "technician" to resolve my issue. The "Technician" made me verify that my phone was "locked". After he reviewed the error message on my phone, I was informed that he could not assist me. I requested to speak to the store manager. The " Store Manager", who would not reveal his name, said " We do not have a technical staff on site to assist you". One hour on phone and one hour personal visit--no resolution. My conclusion, if you are a not a customer seeking to purchase an Apple product, you are on your own for product support and assistance. None of the Apple employees coherently articulated a resolution or offered meaningful assistance to resolve my issue.
