Shocking!! Had to do their job for them, staff incompetent, had to write very detailed emails of where to go next as they didn t have a clue! They contradicted themselves many times! It seems that anyone wanting to instruct these solicitors using an insurance company (seems to be a trend on reviews) avoid like the plague!! My guess would be they pass these claims onto juniors who haven t a clue what they are doing and are really not interested in getting a claim, more of a fob you off attitude! No proof in what they are saying in their emails as they will not
