Avoid this broker site. The website is a insurance broker. They only try to get as many business as they can, and no customer service at all.
We tried to get a online quote at the beginning. The broker agent sent me a contract, and asked me to sign. I refused to sign because the policy cost too high. Then the insurance company started charging me the premium. I tried to call the broker and they said they can't do anything! WTF?! Then I call the insurance company and it takes months to stop their charge because they said it's from the broker application. If you need insurance, go directly to the insurance company. Avoid this broker!
