The staff wasn't what you normally would expect from Hyatt Regency lines. Like the bar guy was complaining with a bellhop about something and very inattentive two people at the bar. He also dropped the ice scoop on the floor and then just put it back on the counter instead of cleaning at first in full view of everyone at the bar. I've been to several Hyatt's and I've never seen the staff as undisciplined as this one
