There was an option for breakfast to be delivered to your room. You were to hang the slip on your door before 1am. We hung it on our door hours before. We waited the next morning and nobody came. I called the front desk to ask and the worker was very rude. She told me there's nothing she can do about it. I asked what the point of hanging it up was if we weren't going to get breakfast(that we had to pay to be delivered). She said once again, there's nothing she can do about it and she will just transfer me to housekeeping. She never apologized. Never offered a way to make it right.
Housekeeping apologized and offered ways to make it right. They said they did not have our order. By that time it was getting later in the morning and we were already ready to leave.
I explained it was for my birthday and we had just wanted to enjoy breakfast in the room.
Would have been nice if the front desk worker wasn't so arrogant and rude.
