Stayed here recently during a trip to Santa Monica. Somehow my reservation got lost on the internet, but Josh at the front desk was able to accommodate me anyways. He ended up putting me in a room better than what I had originally reserved, at the same price. Everything about this day was great. I would absolutely stay here again.
