Very disappointed with this Marriott hotel and I ve stayed in quite a few worldwide. Booked through my Marriott rewards program and charged tax and room charge of $15.86 but the hotel charged $20 to my card. Bought drinks at $27 and the hotel charged $30. When we questioned this we were told it s normal hotel practice to round up the charges and then give the balance back in a couple of days ?!? Not, in my experience, has any other hotel ever done this.
