After the wind storm and snow storm that we had this past winter, I noticed that I had a leak in the ceiling of a second floor bedroom. I have two attic dormers on the front of my home which lay flush to the roof, one of which is over the bedroom with the leak. I was referred to Allstate through a contractor that had recently replaced the windows on the dormers. I had contacted a few roofers prior to my issue and none of these contractors came to my house. That in itself is a mystery to me. Allstate came out to my house quickly, assessed the situation, explained what would need to be done to address the issue with the dormers and within in a day gave me a quote and spec sheet of the needed repairs. I had to have the front portion of my roof replaced to get at the needed repairs for the dormers. Again the dormers lay flat on the roof. In less than a week, a dumpster was delivered, the next day the materials were delivered and within two days the repairs were started. The two gentlemen that made the repairs were at my house everyday for 2.5 days from sun up to sun down. They had to remove the old roof, install the new roof and sealed and sided the dormers. I am very pleased with their workmanship as well as the cost. I would refer this company to anyone that is looking for a reliable, reasonable contractor and would contact them myself in the future if I needed any other repairs.
