My mother at 95 was hospitalized following a fracture of the femur and treated with positive results.
The nursing staff proved to be polite and prepared, unfortunately (perhaps due to lack of staff) especially in the evening the calls were answered after several minutes.
Another sore point is the monotonous eating and sometimes not cooked as it should be, in addition to the TV in the non-functioning rooms.
