It can be really difficult getting half decent service from some trades but for me at least Village Heating did all the basics very efficiently. They answer the phone (take nothing for granted!), they call back promptly, the appointment window was two hours (not four), emails got a reply, and both jobs were done professionally, for a reasonable price. I'm happy to recommend them.
