We re-fied with Root twice remotely and had a great experience both times. The team is super responsive, thoughtful and efficient and we really appreciated their help even as they were experiencing a super busy time. For our first re-fi we had some decisions to make and Scott gave us great advice and framing of the situation. We would continue to refi or get a new loan through them and have recommended them to multiple friends.
