Technician that came out, Gary, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try and upsell me just walked me through everything from the keypad to where we should place cameras. He was very patient, as i had a lot of questions, and he took his time to get the job done right the first time. Showed me how everything works and what the service provides.
