Call to fund out if a court order has been sent out and be prepared to hear they have a backlog of work. So a order can be sent out 20 odd days after it was issued and for some people it can be critical as a solicitor would need to see what you need to do with any response. Try explaining that to a Judge and be told it is your responsibility to find out from court office. Even if you go in person to talk to the customer set ice desk you will be informed that a new system is in place .You will have to call them by telephone. So you are back to square one ... The implications are life changing for those who may be in a position of loosing everything and it is simply not justice. The victims are the very same people who in fact paying for the people who are supposed to help you .. It is a insult to the integrity of the Public and this post will not prompt any change but it helps to vent the pressure out. Think of honour..
